The Cardigan Arms Hotel
364 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, West Yorkshire
Named after Lord Cardigan, who commanded the Light Brigade during the Crimean War, the pub is a large imposing Victorian style building with several turrets. It appears as though it should be home to many ghosts. However, it emerges that there is only one. She is an elderly woman, with long, straight, grey to white hair and she haunts the women’s lavatories. Many visitors and employees have seen her, with she usually manifests by appearing in the reflection of a mirror. At other times, she appears in a more solid form.
