The Three Kings
42 Heath Road, Twickenham, Greater London
Folks have used this pub name since the sixteenth century. It refers to the Magi, the three wise men from the east who visited the Christ child in Bethlehem. It is good example of late Victorian style architecture with some faux marble facade. He was haunted for the past forty years by the ghost of a freelance journalist, who typed up a lot of his work, sitting at the bar. Although occurrences of that man is less common today, it is still heard Clack of a manual typewriter. Witnesses over the years described him as a small compact man in a grey suit and grey hair.
